Verification Not showing

I received a verification from a couple, I’ve tried a few times to leave them a verification back but it’s not showing in my left veris. Any idea why that is?

If they have blocked single guys or have their age filters on, it'll stop ypur veri being saved.

We have had that where someone has left a verification, and then subsequently thought we had just ignored it - when we had no idea it had been sent.

The site should really be displaying some kind of message on screen that the recipient won't receive it due to filters/restrictions, like it would if they tried to send a private message.
