A friend of mine tried to log into their account and it asked them to change their password, which they did and thought it had worked when they tried to log back in the password was incorrect. They have clicked the reset button but when they enter the email address to receive it nothing happens. Any advice/help? They have had their account a long time x

If they start a new profile and contact Admin from the contact links, Admin will help them get into their profile
