Phantom message notification

We have a message indication that we have a message but when we click on the unread notification there are no apparent unread messages.

How can we removed this anomaly or find the message sent

You could try deleting your Fab cookies and then saving them again..

Do you get a different, empty mailbox, if you're logged in, via a different web browser such as Opera or Edge?

Ensure you know your password, before deleting the cached cookies!
