Hi, we’ve forgotten our password and are trying to reset. Only one of us logged in at the moment.

We’ve tried resetting by clicking forgot password but nothing happens when we enter our email address.

Can Admin reset and send us the link please?

We’ve forgotten our password and requested a reset link about 30 times. We are still logged in on this device but can’t remember password to log in on other phone. Any ideas other than requesting via the link or leaving message for admin? Thanks
