Returning users come and go then come back again

If it me or when you're checking new people that join they seem to have been on a few days ago tending to ask for the same thing "meet now" "Can" etc.

Their should be a way where the user needs to complete photo verification before you can properly join. If you leave and then come back and email details are the same or photo verification your account should be suspended for a period of time.

Do you notice users coming back time and time again?
