'What you don't get:

No personal support on site/account

All help/advice on using the site is via the FAQ pages or the site support forum.'

Admin always read contact messages sent to them but will not respond as standard.

Any mail they do send is sent by a person ( Admin ). It may be a set mail for convenience but it will always be relevant to your query
