Photo / video ban , how do I get it lifted ?

How can I get a photo ban lifted? I’ve going through the proper channels but no one gets back to me…. Am I missing something ?

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have reviewed your contact and decided the block is staying.
