Hi there, my account used to be photo-verified and for some reason that seems to have gone.

Keep trying to upload a new one, which says has gone through, but no acknowledgement and it doesn't seem to show as now photo-verified

Can somebody help please?

The ackowledgement is when you see the green flag on your profile. You won't get a seperate mail.

The time to approve a PV will vary depending on how many mods are online
