I originally blocked someone, but I now want to unblock them. However I cannot find them in my block list, how do I go about unblocking them?

If they're not in the block list, they've likely deleted their profile. Possibly they've blocked you and aren't showing, but more likely they've gone.

I am in touch with said account outside of FAB but as they blocked me a while ago and have deleted multiple people since they cannot find me on their blocked list, yet still have an account but want to readd me

Get them to comment on this thread. Click on their profile and block them again, they should then be on your block list so you can unblock.
