Is it normal to have a video take over 1/2hr be on pending approval? it’s still going

30 minutes would be an extremely fast approval time

. It's more realistic to assume that it won't be same day, once it's not as fast as you'd ideally like. Photos and video moderators are volunteers and their availability as well as the upload volumes, may not always be perfect. As lots of people have had extra free time over the last few days, it's reasonable to assume that upload volumes are significantly higher than in regular periods
