Upload Photo From Secure Folder Android

Hi,

I'm trying to upload a photo of myself from my Secure Folder on Android, via the FabSwingers app.

When I click the button to add a new photo, I can only see photos from my normal Android gallery, not the gallery from my Secure Folder. I used it before, months ago, with no issues from what I recall.

Has anyone any ideas?

You have to make the folder visible before you start.

Thanks.

I don't know, I hit the "choose file" button, then from a file explorer pop up I select my Secure Folder, it's visible. But once inside that secure folder, I can only see my normal files, no Secure Folder files.

I was just going to say that in the years I was using an Android phone, I always had to move photos out of the secure folder in order to upload them here.

Now I'm second guessing myself 🤔 If you access Fab through a copy of your browser located in the secure folder will it then allow you to upload directly?

Yeah, something has changed recently. I had the same issue last night but for years, its just shown me images from the secure folder as options. Strange.

Alternatively, open Fab via the internet icon inside the secure folder.

It is my understanding that the secure gallery will then be available but your regular gallary will not not.

Exact same thing now happens to me

I move a picture out of the gallery from my secure folder to the gallery outside secure folder

Upload the picture to fab and then move the picture back into my secure folder

Always check to make sure its not uploaded to my Google account while out of the secure folder
