hi it keeps saying I cant send a message because there is a email address or forbidden content on the message but there is no email address on there or forbidden content please can you look into this

It doesn't have to be a email it could be a banned word or phrase, change the wording of the message and try again, assuming you haven't yet received a 2 hour message block.

Fab doesn't publish a list of banned words but it's possible that some combinations of what you're writing is interpreted as contravening these.

I'd recommend deleting what's written and starting afresh, using different words substituted instead
