This site is absolute joke, I have no idea why I’ve the message Saying not ok to chat.

It’s been coming up now for few months, contacted Admin email etc with no response.

Anyone else experiencing this problem with no resolution or response?

Contact admin and ask for a review.

If they are going to lift the ban, they will let you know.

If you hear nothing back. Assume the ban is staying.
