Have forgotten the email i used on my couples account, and the password isnt letting me log in I was only logged in last night

, is there a way to retrieve this without the email address?

Recently, when I receive the monthly new members e-mail, I am unable to log on although I can log into Fabswingers on the website. It's weird ! I have checked my filters and all seems OK. Any ideas ?
