Newbies blocked from messaging

A friend has been on the site 4 days now but he is still unable to message a couple because they have blocked newbies….

How many days does his account have to have been live before he can message them…? His ‘New’ icon has disappeared off his profile after 3 days so he thought he would now be able to message them…

Be patient and approach people in a way they would expect themselves
