Recently renewed our account but now it has changed from a couples account to a singles account.

Can it be changed back?

You dont meet as a couple therefore cant use a couples account so will need to make seperate single accounts

You would need to contact Admin, to request a review of the changes and to justify your use of it as a couple

You state in your bio you have recently split but are still using the profile to keep your veris.

That is not how the site works. If you are no longer meeting as a couple then you need to make singles profiles.
