There is nothing on your profile to indicate its a couple account.

All verifications are to you also the name says it all .

However to change your account you need to contact admin but you need to make some changes to your account first starting with a name change,the profile bio and maybe add a few photos of you and the person you wish to set up the couple account with .

I also noticed your photo verified as a single man so will probably need to open a new couples account.
