New profile keeps rejecting

My wife is trying to set up a single profile for her to use , we have done the picture with bit of paper saying site name and her puser name 3 times its been rejected saying they cannot prove shes female , clearly in the picture moderators can see shes female , so why does it keep getting rejected

She would need to contact Admin, from her profile, to get them to review it.

Will give that a try, as shes tried again to upload verification picture but its been 2 hrs and still waiting to be verified or rejected again
