Locked out of profile

Hi

I forgot my password to my profile and I contacted admin who advised I photo verify this profile so they can review on my old one. I haven't had a response since I messaged advising I had done this?

Just wondering how long the process might take it's been 2 weeks or so.

Not normally that long. I would send another contact to Admin mentioning the username you want to get into.
