hi all,

Getting the above error when trying to enter chat, other posts I’ve read suggest this means I’m banned, however I have no idea what for.

I’ve send 2 separate messages to admins in the last 3 weeks but have had zero response which is a little disappointing!

Any idea what else I can do?

If you're not receiving a response from admin it means your ban will be staying

A friend of ours was giving 48 hour time out 9 weeks ago and is still unable to enter chat rooms she has contacted admin several times and the same to the sit owners but nothing has happened ANYONE got any advice what to do ?
