couples profile unable to post in the forums?

Not sure why, but from the get go last year it's never worked, I can post with this profile I've had years just fine and it's never been an issue. However, if we try to use the forums with the couples one, it just comes up blank after pressing "post". The FAQ/help just tells you to create a post asking in the forums for advice which obviously can't do, or contact admin, but I have never got a response from admin anyway 🤷‍♂️
