Forgot password to our couples profile

We have forgot our password to our couples profile and are wanting to log back on.

As we created a "new email" for this site, we are unable to recover the password. Can we use the verification photo to prove we are that profile to recover it? The profile was verified with photos originally so could send another verification photo to admin?
