Unable to chat in chat rooms

getting message not ok to chat. Was in the chat rooms today and got kicked out and not getting the message and unable to enter the chat rooms.

How long is this for and what do I need to do?

Usually a ban stays forever.. you could contact admin from the contact on the home page

If you broke the rules then it would have been a mod or admin who banned you not a random person

Normally you would get a mail saying how long the chat ban is. There are certain things you can be banned for that you don't get a mail so you should ask Admin to review the ban from these links.
