Me (eve) and my friend (also on the site want to upload pictures to my profile but it keeps rejecting them has her face is in picture, is their any way we can as i have permission to show her face.

No you need to block out her face or eyes, she has to do same with your face or eyes

Others in your photo OK so long as unidentifiable and you have permission. You can have other people in your photos too (to clarify, you must also be in the photo) so long as you have their permission to upload to your account on here AND they are obscured so they cannot be identified. This means their faces must be well obscured (we suggest blacked out) and any identifying features e.g. tattoos, jewellery also blanked.

There are various programs that will allow you to pixelate or blur out the face, this always looks better than a black blob.
