Couple profile blocked as not verified

Hi my fwb and I had a joint profile which was blocked because we didn't photo verify it as we live separately. We had every intention of getting verified and even got verified by a meet. How do we restore it?

You can upload two separate pics for the PV, either way ask Admin for help from the contact links mentioning the name of the other profile
