Look at someone's profile and it says looking for TV:CD cross dresser so go to send a message and it says they have blocked everyone of your sex how are you supposed to contact them

As you clearly state they are looking for a TV:CD and you have a male profile so you are not what they are looking for. They have obviously blocked single males.
