friends list

can anybody tell us how the friends list is put in order......a new friend doesn't go to the top/bottom of the list and we don't think its alphabetical....... please help x

The order of your friends list depends upon when the people on the list las logged on.

Those online now will be at the top, thos who logged on a few minutes ago will be next, those who haven't logged on for days will be well down the list.

To the best of my understanding there is no way to change it
