How do we get our phones to recognise we're in Gran Canaria please so the 'who's near' function works correctly?

We have allowed exact location on our phone settings but because the site won't allow us to change our postcode the site still thinks we're at home.

Help please!

Yes we have but it won't let us put in a Gran Canarian postcode.

You can't and don't need to put a Gran Canaria postcode in. Whenever we're abroad and put on "see who's near" it works though may take a little while to update. Your profile will still show as UK but you should be able to see who's near anywhere in the world.
