Blocking hidden profile

Help please -

How can I block a hidden profile? I haven’t got any messages/hot list/fabs to find their profile but they are active and I want to block them

If you know the user name type it in the search bar then use the drop down menu once on the profile which you won't see but the drop down menu still available

If you know the profile name try copying the URL of you profile but replacing your name with theirs to see if you can block that way
