Can’t access rooms for over a week now. Just get message saying

You are currently not ok to chat

Any ideas?

My subscription is up in a couple of weeks and feel it’s pointless renewing if I can’t access it

You have a chat room ban.

Contact Admin and ask them to review it for you, but if you have already and the ban remains then they stand by their decision.
