Hi, have a friend asking me to make a post for them. Below is what they say and asking for help. They have used the contact me part but not had anyone message them back.

Hello just wondering if you can help me, been on the site some time now and verified. But I’m yet to be able to use the meets and post in the forums, I would very much like to use both of these. Please can you have a look and see what it stopping me from been able to post in the forums thank you x

Only admin can help them from the contact us link. No one on the forum can do anything. The general reply is if they haven't received a reply, the block will stay.

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have reviewed your contact and decided the block is staying.
