Couples Profile Not in Search

Hello,

Ive a couple on my hotlist, profile is open etc & was telling a friend about them but when you search for them by name they dont appear (you get the usual message)...Ive had another friend check as well and they cant find them either through the name search function.

Any ideas why?

Do they come up in a detailed Advanced Search, such as putting a couple of years either side of the ages, plus location to the smallest distance, or is it just the username search they got missed from?

If they have any non-alphabetic characters in their username it can mess-up the search.

Surely either their profile if hidden or maybe the couple have blocked the people searching for them.?

Yes, if you search for them using all the parameters they show up, the username search isnt working...

I have them on my hotlist & can view the profile so not blocked, profile not hidden etc

Its just odd

Cause I have them on my hotlist & can view the profile Ive just copied the name over as well as typed it cause thats what I thought initially as well...
