Hi,

I accidentally said a banned word in messages and have been blocked but it was an honest mistake, can someone help to stop the message ban please? Was genuine mistake, was describing another account!

Hi yeah I said a bad word in a message not thinking anything of it. It was an accident I won’t do it again it again it all. I’ll be mindful. I don’t want to be blocked from message all day again

If it is about an illegal act, or abusive then it will trigger an automatic ban... Plus you get a message flash up telling you that you have a message ban which will lift in a couple of hours. Pretty simple really.
