Messages filters glitch

All my filters are up to stop messages and yet, I've just had a message. Its not the first time this has happened. I reported it as a bug a couple of weeks ago and its still happening. Its not someone who has messaged previously either.

Then they might have ignored the warning prior as it normally says that the user isn't looking for but sent the message

If you send the name of the person to Admin from the contact link they will check to see if everything is working OK.
