Hi gang. I just wondered if anybody else has an unread message still being highlighted despite the fact that all messages have been read.

I don't know if it's a glitch but I there isn't a message in my inbox that I haven't already opened and read.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Hiya op

It could be that when someone sent you a message they sent another one as well and this was before you opened the first one

So check amongst the message thread scrolling through

Check your recieved messages scroll down the thread as one of them you've received more than one message and you've only opened one by scrolling down
