I've used the site before as a couple, now running as a single male... How come I can't upload video unless verified in person? And been around long enough, but have seen new female profiles with videos uploaded with no such verifications?

As you've mentioned that you used the site before then you'd know what it takes to be able to upload a video

As you've mentioned that they had no verification maybe they hid the verification and summary as you can

Everyone else has to be verified to add videos. It's just the rules of the site.
