SITE OWNER CONTACT….

Fellow FAB Members…

Does / Has anyone else had major issues contacting the Site Owners..???

I have attempted via contact site owners over 20 times and still yet to receive a common decency reply…

I have been a fully paying subscriber for over 15yrs and today again my subscription reminder is recieved…

As a matter of common decency and integrity I am still awaiting a reply from the site owners…

Anyone else have such issues…???

Thank You,

Regards,

TGC x

The site FAQ's and the upgrade page clearly state there's no 1-2-1 support for anyone on the site.

If you have a question you can always ask in here and someone, including Mods will try and help.

If you've contacted admin and not received a reply there'll be a reason. Sending the same message 20 times won't change the outcome.

From the FAQ page.

"You don't respond to any of our mails.

We do this for fun and get hundreds of mails a day so we can't respond personally to questions about the site or your account. We recommend if you have a problem or can't figure out how something works, you post to the site help forum. If we responded to everything that people sent us, we'd spend all our time (and more!) doing that and not improving/running/fixing the site. Or, we'd have to employ customer service goons to read and respond to questions from a minority of users at everyone's expense and we'd not be able to do as much as we can for so little cost to you. We do read all mail you send and encourage feedback. If you have reported a problem with the site we will fix it."
