How to change single profile to couple profile?

I have an existing account, my partner wants to be added to it, but for the life of me I can’t find where or how to do it. I’ve contacted Fab directly but given the comments I’ve seen, I’m not expecting much help from them.

Can someone explain exactly how to do it? I’m sure it’s simple but I can’t even find a hint of where I’d even begin.

You're photo verified as a single male so you can't.

You'll need to set up a new profile using a different email address to the one used for this profile.
