How is the site managing photo veris when AI is so effective at creating photos

AI is so easy to use and would it not be easy to ask the softwear to "create a photo of an attractive woman holiding a handwritten sign that says......*username*"

I have had issues with an ex (male) play partner creating fake female profiles to try and communicate with me. This has made me question if the site has anything in place to negate this kind of behaviour?
