We posted yesterday about an issue we have with a moderator deleting ALL our profile text and blocking us for posting status updates.

A moderator told us to contact admin, however we have done that but it clearly states they do not review individual messages? So why direct us to them when they can’t resolve it?

How do we contact someone to review our issue and resolve it or, as it now seems, the site simply wants us to be site supporters but when we need support from the site (admin) it simply isn’t available and moderators just review threads and close them.

Mods can't delete your profile text or issue status bans.

As far as I understand it, admin don't offer individual support insomuch as they won't enter into back and forth messaging with individual profiles but they will review messages sent to them (you just won't generally get a message back)

So will someone have reviewed the message I sent them and just made a decision with no reply?

I don’t expect them to engage in discussion, at the end of the day, it’s their site and their rules, I just would have expected at least a message saying we have reviewed your message, so we at least know it’s been looked at?

The moderators on here say to contact them and then close the thread which doesn’t help and contacting admin gets no reply/response.

It just seems as though they are happy to take the money from site supporters but when you need some support from them, there’s nothing?

The mods close the thread because they've given the advice one should follow and beyond that there's nothing they can do. They're forum mods after all, not admin.

As explained, Admin read all the contacts people send, you won't get a mail saying they have read it.

Mods can't remove peoples profiles/ block a status. Only Admin can do that. Admin are also the only people who can lift it so why you are advised where you can ask for this.

As advised previously, if they are going to lift a ban / block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get a mail back you should assume that the ban/block won't be lifted
