Legal disclaimer

On the FAQ page Fab have said that the legal disclaimer is basically pointless, it just fills up their server, so can people remove it from their profiles. Just thought I'd put a note on here so people are aware of this.

Doubt it will get read here either

I copied a profile of someone who had the disclaimer and mailed them to tell them I was awaiting legal action and did they want my solicitors address.

I'm still waiting

I think if we all done it, it would soon get the message across

I disagree with the fact you have to become a site supporter to change your username on here!! Any other place you wanna change your name it's fine but because it's a swing/chat site you have to pay ppfftttt

Lots of other swinging sites we have joined in the past charge you to read your own mails..... this site is free for most of it and gives a bit extra if you want to pay.

Pay £5, change your name, then never pay again. Bargain! And it means you're supporting the site, so warm fuzzies all round.

Could try charging to receive mails as other sites do & provide free name change. Personally I prefer it the way the site is & happy to support the site as its still better value than many of the others out there. The above poster has a good point - pay £5 once (choice of Silver/Gold) & change the username. Or delete account & open a new one. There's always choices.
