Anyonone know about verify question

I met someone last night and i veried them(its there first verify) , how long does it take for it to show on there account. Is it waiting for admins to accept it or something thanks.

It goes through straight away.

If you were both using the same WiFi at the time you sent it it will not work and I think if either of you have filters set that would normally stop a message it would block it too.
