I’ve posted a veri for a couple I’ve met but they haven’t been able to use it ? Is this because they aren’t photo verified yet??

Unverified guy here. Met with someone that is also unverified and both trying to verify eachother but it won’t let me verify anyone unless someone else verifies me but they can’t verify me for the same reason… is this resolvable?

One of you needs to get verified by somebody who is already verified before you can send one to the other person. You can pop on cams and ask someone to verify you.

Where you using the same WiFi? If so that will stop a veri going through. Also if either of you have message filters set that would usually block the other from messaging you will not be able to verify. You and/or they would need to drop your filters to send it.
