Trying to renew site support subscription but text to 79100 not going through. I have good connection. Hope I don’t get charged multiple times for my attempts

I've just texted to 79100 and no response. Did that the time about 3 months ago and later found money taken from account but no codes.

Just tried PayPal and it days not successful.

Hire do we get codes or money back

Are they trying to stop this method of renewal?.

FIRSTLY, check your SPAM / BLOCKED folder on your messages app. Often the text will end up there. Don’t forget to mark it as NOT SPAM so it doesn’t end up there next time.

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

Also ID mobile and Lebara ( not sure if there are any more ) don't let you send for premium numbers

Wasn't any of those, network confirmed no issue their end and suggested contacting the site operator, which of course is impossible. Thank you for your suggestions though
