Sending videos.

We keep getting an error when sending videos saying video not available?

Even though it loads and play our side.

If you try and play it from the message you have sent it will not work but should play for the person you have sent it to. It has always been this way for me since sending videos became possible.

It’s imbedded onto the message so unable to be opened by your browser. Think of it as being put into a transparent container, you can see it inside but cannot access it. This is how zip and tar files work and pdf’s.
