We found the issue its because she was still at our house whilst trying to verify us so it wouldn't allow it based on the WiFi.

I’m trying to verify a lovely woman I’ve met at a couple of clubs. I’m verified but as yet she isn’t. She knows I’m trying to give her a verification but for some reason I’m not having much luck.

This.

If she has message filters blocking your age or gender it won't go through. She'll need to message you first as this will then negate the filters.
