Hi, I’m trying to set up a new account for me and the Mrs, after I have put my details in and click create account it takes me to the log in page, I try to log in with the details I’ve just put in and it says there’s no account with those details. Any help would be appreciated

Did you set it up using a different email from this profile? Because if you try using the same email for more than 1 profile it creates problems.

But contact Admin, don't forget to give them the name of your MF profile, see what they can do.
