Unable to post from singles profile

Morning all, we both have a singles account on here, but male half isn't able to post un the forums, or add a meet, despite being on the site for months, both photo verified & in person from meets.

I've messaged admin a few times, but still no change, what do I do?!

It's getting very frustrating now!!

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have reviewed your contact and decided the block is staying.
