Why are deleted messages still showing?

Silver member.

Messages deleted in chat received and sent.

However when clicking on the user profile the chat history is still there?

Because all the chat is now on one thread so even if deleted when you go back to it it all comes back.

That wasn't the case before the silver membership and chats from before that haven't been saved so must be a membership related feature

Not sure it's subscription related, but the messages changing to chat chains seems to have revealed it, though it may always have been the case that MSG's were hidden rather than deleted.

I got caught out trying to edit typos, then realising all msgs persist.
