You need to contact admin. I'm guessing someone has reported you as not being a couple and admin have changed it.

Did you have your wife's details on your profile, currently there's only yours.

Although your biog and veris show this to be a couples profile, so it should be obvious to anyone reading that it's not a single male profile.

Admin don't change profiles without evidence but if you think a mistake has been made contact them to query it

They most certainly do because mines has just been changed to a couple and I am most certainly not a couple! I don't even meet with a FWB as that isn't how I work. They can happily go through all my messages to see that is the case. So yes, they do make changes without evidence
